*Update — We are back again, and… fantastic again! Liam came through once more. ————— My daughter described her 'dream' birthday party after waking up one day - big slides, climbing wall, ball / foam pits, trampoline, game center... Rush Fun Park was the best fit. Liam, our host for the party, was attentive and often predicted what we needed before we asked. He made it even better than hoped. The facility is great -- clean, food and drink options, and so many things for kids to do. We will definitely be back. Thanks, Liam!

Has a great set-up compared to many other play places but unfortunately it is not maintained, clean, or safe. A lot of it you can’t see unless you’re inside the structures. There are some downright hazardous areas that have very clearly repeatedly been “addressed” with duct tape, string, and electrical tape when they should have been replaced long ago. Kids deserve better.

I’ve been coming here for years, my eldest son is 9 and we’ve had a ton of birthday parties here. Unfortunately, the biggest negative to this place is that kids run it. Everyone’s young so they are careless. The bathrooms are not kept up with and the employees don’t walk around ensuring everyone is ok. Also, a lot of their equipment or pieces are disgusting. Not cleaned/ replaced often or sanitized clearly.

I never leave reviews but this place and specially Liliana deserve more than a five starts. I was having a really bad day and she made my family and me feel so welcomed. She went above and beyond making sure my kids were safe and having fun, she was so helpful on Rockwall and she was so careful with wipeout. The manager on duty was Gabriela and she made sure all the employees were on task. This place has a really good customer service and team!

The park is okay and the employees are very nice, but a lot of things are broken and become hazardous. I have had a member pass for over a year now and the things I have seen broken since joining are still broken. I brought a large hole in some of the nets to the attention of staff and they just looked at it and went back to the front desk. I made it a point to let them know my toddler can fall through the hole in the net and get hurt and they don’t even block the area off. I cancelled my membership, I don’t know where the money is going but it’s not to repairs.
