I had long term keratin with Ashley and she did a wonderful job! I also had a facial and dermaplaning with Paige, and she was amazing. The spa is nicely clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. All the staff was friendly and welcoming too.

My experience was seemless from start to finish! I walked in and was welcomed with bright smiles and greetings and checked right in and escorted up to my service. I was also offered complimentary drinks throughout and after my service. My massage was every bit of amazing and I was so relaxed (which was the goal) that I was in a twilight snooze. Lori is awesome at what she does! I most definitely recommend to get any services there! I am excited to return and get a pedicure, massage AND a facial next time!

Yesterday was my first experience at The Spa at River Ridge. It was on par with other salons I've been to for nail care. The view from the pedicure chair was nice. I now wish, 29 hours later, that I would have skipped the Swedish massage. It was very painful during part of the massage, which I expressed to the massage therapist, but she continued to work the area for about 15 minutes anyway. My neck and shoulders are so swollen and sore now that it hurts to lie down with both areas resting on a standard bed pillow. I understand there can be a little soreness after a massage, but this is well beyond what I expected. I've had a handful of professional massages elsewhere in the last few years, and they've all been pleasant - no pain during or after. I wish I didn't have to change my original 5-star review, but the situation I'm dealing with now is too much of a detraction from the whole experience.

I came here to kick off a bachelorette weekend, and it was the perfect start! The facility is beautiful, calm, and relaxing, and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. I had a full body massage with Rhonda — she’s incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, especially if you’re looking for something more intensive. Then I had a mini facial with Emma, who was an absolute pro. She took the time to answer my questions and gave great skincare recommendations. I left feeling more relaxed than I have in months, and my skin is glowing! Highly recommend.

Beautiful space. Front Desk receptionist very engaging and helpful. My stylist Shanna recently transferred there from a previous salon and I chose to follow her! My dry cut with Shanna pic below. I received a tour via Shanna and I will scheduling future pedi also. Spa at Rivers Edge can meet all your needs, if booked in advanced one could truly do a full day of many self care , beauty treatments.
