Why do you need a physical ID to pick up a package? Why do you not accept the official government issued California Mobile DL? It contains the exact information needed to pick up a package: photo, name, address. Get with it UPS. Welcome to 2026!

Came in polite and was dismissed by the worker. I was unable to catch the name of the gentleman I spoke to. I was dressed down but only needed to make copies. Shame on this location

Omari is the best person ever. I desperately needed a package shipped out and a label printed. I came to the shop late and wasn’t expecting a fee for printing. Omari took care of me and made sure it got sent out and even taped it up for me. Best experience I have ever had at a UPS!!
