Darian was so so so very helpful. I was given bad information from the UPS on Kitty Hawk and Darian caught it, walked me through what I needed to do in order to ship my items properly and get them returned to me. Thank you so very much for your patience as I spent about 2hrs in UPS printing and sorting and notarizing things. He was awesome!

I recommend taking your business elsewhere. While the team at this location is excellent, I have significant concerns regarding the store owner, Lambert. He can be blunt and harsh, often addressing customers and staff in a manner that feels condescending and unprofessional. Even when issues are raised, his responses can come across as defensive or he will frame himself as the "victim of running a business." Lambert is fully aware of his approach and family members have even reported experiencing the same treatment firsthand. For example, during routine transactions such as Amazon returns, he got upset because he wants separate stickers for each Amazon return so he can make more money. This creates an unnecessarily unpleasant experience for customers. Regardless of him being a veteran or his personal “bad day,” the manner in which he interacts with patrons is not reflective of effective or respectful leadership. When made aware of his disturbing personality he will just say "I hope you will give the store another chance." While the staff is commendable, the owner’s approach to customer service makes it difficult to recommend this location. For a smoother and more seamless experience, take your UPS packages to CVS nearby or just go to Amazon directly.

I have been using this store for a few months now came in on a Sunday at 3:58 line was very long out the door as I pulled up business operator ebony Lambert was locking the door as I approached the door she locked it looked at me and said I was too late then open the door and proceeded to say that if I wanted to ship things out I should get there earlier. As a business owner this is very unprofessional Ebony do better especially for those that are keeping your business going. Ps there is classes in how to become a better business owner
