I started shopping here in the last year of my very senior kitty's life. As she got older and fussier about her food, the variety of well-curated quality food plus helpful, friendly staff were a total godsend. I really believe that shopping here did improve her quality of life during this time. Unfortunately, she passed away over Christmas, and so I want to give a special shout out to the owner and staff here. I came in with a box of cat food that I'd bought and accumulated over the last couple of months which she'd refused to eat. They were exceptionally patient and understanding in going through what I had and refunding almost all of it. At a very emotional time, it was something I was very grateful for at the time and will remember in the future. Really an outstanding store!
Chip off the old block
Although i was running behind, they took us in with open arms. The vet assistant was knowledgeable and prepared the Vet with all the right questions. Our Vet was friendly knowledgeable and answered all our questions diligently. Highly recommend and will be going back.

My dog was on the brink of death, and thanks to their guidance, I was able to get her eating and healthy again. Their food is incredibly high quality, and the service is outstanding. I’m so grateful.
