Was sent a text to pick up trousers and the woman couldn’t find them . I said they were a plum colour . She didn’t understand what this meant and looked at me as if I was crazy and then I saw them hanging up and pointed them out and said they were mine . She said they weren’t and continued to search the rack. I repeated they were mine and her colleague brought them over . It turned out I was given the wrong receipt number but no apology from the woman who first served me. Big attitude problem . Would not recommend the zip yard !

Used to be good. However, lately I went in and the tailor went ahead and lifted the shoulders of an expensive jacket when we agreed it wasn't necessary and that he wouldn't do that. I just wanted the sleeves shortened at the shoulder. I didn't like the results. I won't trust them again and will look elsewhere.

I would give this no stars if possible. I got a bridesmaids dress altered here. I originally wanted the dress taking up, but the seamstress recommended they take it in as well. When I tried it on before the wedding the dress was completely unwearable, the leg split was in the middle of the dress revealing far too much and the strap was in the centre of the dress, which dug into my neck. The seam was unfinished and began to unravel immediately. I had to order a new dress and pay for next day delivery to have something to wear for the wedding. They also refused to give me a refund for the alteration or pay for the new dress. I would not recommend this place for any alterations, the whole experience suggests they don't know what they're doing.

The zip yard are amazing. I went with 2 weeks before my wedding to have these dresses designed. Purchased from meshki and wanted to add a cowl front and material across the shoulders so the girls felt secure. I couldn't have done this without the zip yard. They were unbelievable. The team worked efficiently and kept communication flowing keeping me up to date with everything. I couldn't recommend zip yard enough.
