I was so hesitant about trying cryotherapy, but after dealing with chronic pain for so long and struggling to find relief, I gave it a shot! The 3 minutes or less of being cold gives me a week or more of significant relief, and it's not nearly as uncomfortable as I expected! After almost 2 years, I am a true believer- the wonderful staff has helped me in every way, from talking/distracting me while receiving treatment to working with my schedule! Truly life-changing!

Nice space, very friendly people. I did the cryogenic and pulsed electro therapy. Significantly reduced pain and soreness. Update-3 years later, overdid some sand volleyball tournaments and training to get ready and could not have competed without the Core getting my body right. Great team. Thanks
