I highly recommend this business! Having a guy like Mike, the owner of Thesis Audio Service in Wichita, is an amazing privilege. Other people have to pay to send their stuff to him from all over the country, but we can just walk right in. His prices are fair, and the work done on my vintage Peavy tube amp was completed and ready for pick-up amazingly fast. I had no issues whatsoever, but I will say: given my personal interactions with him and seeing what a kind and cheerful guy he is every time we spoke. I would say that anyone who has given him a less than 5 star rating is just making excuses for their own unreasonable character and their inability to be satisfied or see things the right way, regardless of what anyone may do to try to reasonably satisfy them. If you need this kind of specialized talent to fix your instrument, Mike is the guy to call.

Mike is by far the only person I will allow to work on my gear. He does exceptional work, always upfront and honest about the work to be performed, and if he cannot fix it, throw it out (or he’ll tell you to chuck it!). From amp re-tubing to guitar set ups to instrument restoration, Mike does it all. I recommend him to everyone.

Mike does work for some of the biggest names in the business as well. There's a reason for that. There's nobody better!
