I have been going to This Land Yoga for a little while now and getting more consistent recently. They have a great space that is really beginner friendly if you are just starting out. Every teacher I have had has been very knowledgeable and supportive. They even have mats there to use if it’s your first time or if you forget yours. There are a variety of classes to choose from as well.

There is no place better in Oklahoma to practice than This Land. I’ve taken community classes for free, public classes when I can pick them up, and just took a private with Shannon. I can tell you, they understand all things yoga and are here for the practicing. If you need any sort of work on yourself, I can’t recommend This Land enough.

My favorite place on earth. Classes range from slow & restorative to strength building & challenging. Simply reading a class description will tell you what to expect! I never feel judged, there are people of all ages & ‘levels’. It feels like a safe and inclusive space that is very very special. 😊
