Future guests should be aware of how Titan Beach Rentals handles confirmed lost items. After our stay in July, I realized I had accidentally left an Apple Watch in the bedroom and contacted the host. Initially they told me the cleaners had not found it. A few days later they sent another message confirming they had located the watch under the master bed and said they would be happy to ship it back. Unfortunately I did not see that follow-up message at the time because it arrived several days later after I had already assumed it wasn’t found. When I later reached out to arrange shipping, I was told they no longer had the watch because their policy is to discard lost items after three months. The watch was worth about $800, and the host had already confirmed in writing that it had been found in the property after our stay. As someone who manages rental property myself, once a guest item has been located and acknowledged, the expectation is simple: it should be returned to its owner. Policies should not override basic stewardship of a guest’s property. I hope Titan Beach Rentals will reconsider this situation and make it right.

We sure enjoyed our stay here in Pacific Beach. Location was ideal for beach, food, and entertainment outings. It was spacious with plenty of room and a big kitchen and family room, it was great for a 3 generational family to gather!

One of the better airbnb’s out there! Amazing location with restaurants and stores right near by. Safe location for families. The beach in walking distance at less than a mile! Would recommend to anyone!
