I had a bad experience I booked tickets for a boat tour with my Family on Friday 10/10/2025 at 12:00 pm. We were there 30 minutes before the tour time and there was no tour. The most annoying part was they couldn’t even notify us if the tour was cancelled or rescheduled, and won’t even reply back to your emails. It’s so frustrating and sad. Anyway I’m expecting to get my money back from you guys.

Brilliant tour by a knowledgeable skipper. Staff were great too and helped my 4 year old feel more comfortable when he was panicking. And of course, the real highlight was seeing the seals!

What a fantastic experience! The Lady of Lagan is a lovely little boat, with comfortable seating and even a bar on board, which made the trip extra enjoyable. From a young age I’ve been fascinated by the story of the Titanic, so to finally sail out into Belfast Harbour and see first-hand where she was built and where she set sail for the very first time over 115 years ago was truly special. The captain was outstanding – so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. He spoke with such pride and passion about Northern Ireland’s history, and his articulate storytelling really brought the whole experience to life. His enthusiasm was infectious, and you could tell how much he loves sharing this part of Belfast’s heritage. I can’t recommend Titanic Boat Tours highly enough – a must-do for anyone visiting the city.

Amazing tour. Even if you live in the city you'll learn so much about our wee country. Tour guide is very knowledgeable and great craic. Route is beautiful and the seals are an extra special treat. Would highly recommend it!
