ToddPilates has an excellent program for all different styles whether you are a novice or beginner, intermediate or advanced level. I recently took another one of their classes after taking a break from Pilates for a while and then starting up again. The instructor Sierra was not only super friendly and sweet with great vibes, but also her class had perfect amount of challenging movement using the weights of your preference and at a speed that was easy to follow and keep up with, which is really important in Pilates. Technique is everything. Not to mention the fact that she kept putting an emphasis on form and protecting the lower back which as a physiotherapist and orthopedic body worker thought super important. I am actually looking forward to trying the Barre method workouts which is my favorite style of Pilates personally. Can't say enough great things about Sierra and the classes at ToddPilates. No matter what level you are at in your Pilates or fitness journey, it's definitely worth a try and a great studio to give it a chance at!

Todd Pilates is the gym where I truly feel like I get the most bang for my buck. The classes are high quality, the workouts are effective, and the value is hard to beat. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes it one of the gyms in Austin where I feel the most comfortable. I also really love that they make pilates more accessible — it never feels intimidating, just supportive and encouraging. Whether you’re new to pilates or more experienced, it’s a great place to build strength and feel good. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable, approachable, and effective pilates studio in Austin!

Great exercise for a great value. I've enjoyed all the instructors at different times for different reasons. But all are very good about showing different variations of each exercise so that you can feel comfortable as a first timer or even show off or make your exercises harder if you're more experienced with pilates/yoga/barre. Do recommend!
