I booked and paid for a game last May, but I cancelled within the required timeframe because heavy rain was forecast. They refused to refund me but said they would credit me for next time. I can no longer contact the company in any way. No one returns my calls. I'm really disappointed to have wasted my money.

I paid for three inflatable games and since then I haven't been able to contact them by phone or email to access the games I reserved! They are fraudsters, don't do business with them!

Avoid at all costs - Fraud Very bad experience with Ton Jeu Gonflable. I paid for an inflatable game rental and never received anything. The owner stops responding once the money is taken. After doing some research, I discovered that several other people are experiencing the same thing. They also run a fake contest on Facebook, with reviews bought to appear legitimate. It's pure and simple fraud. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

VERY SHADY COMPANY. They organize contests to attract subscribers but never give the prize to the winner. They even changed their Facebook page name to "Your Inflatable Epoxy" to avoid being found. Go read the comments - Avoid them to avoid unpleasant surprises. PS: They buy positive comments to participate in their "fake contests."

Worst experience EVER with this company!!! They make you pay upfront and never deliver the inflatables. They completely ignore us despite our calls, emails, and Messenger messages. Use another company!

Nous avons travaillé en 2024 avec eux et n'avons pas rencontré de problème. Par contre, pour 2025, c'était différent. Nous avons eu une commandite sur des jeux et nous devions payer la livraison pour les 2 jours d'événement dans l'été. Mais, le jour de notre premier événement, nous n'avions aucune réponse autant des employés que du propriétaire. C'est finalement le propriétaire qui a géré notre problème après de nombreux appels et messages, et nous avons reçu les jeux très sales et 4 heures en retard. Ça a eu un impact négatif sur notre clientèle et sur notre événement car les gens attendaient beaucoup les jeux gonflables. Suite à cette première journée, nous avons décider de changer d'entreprise au niveau des jeux gonflables pour la deuxième journée. Nous n'avons donc reçu aucun service de la part de Ton Jeu Gonflable pour notre deuxième événement. Pourtant, la livraison nous a été chargé et on se fait répondre qu'il n'y aura pas de remboursement, puisque nous avons eu une commandite l'an dernier. Ce qui ne fait aucun sens car malgré que la commandite fût appréciée, nous n'avons pas à payer pour la livraison d'un service non rendu... Je ne recommande malheureusement plus cette entreprise, le contact est très difficile et nous avons eu plusieurs commentaires de gens qui ont vécu des expériences semblables.
