It's a beautiful boutique, and I've been here several times in the past. In the past, the clerks were friendly and helpful. I went in last week and found several items I wanted to purchase, but I needed assistance. Several clerks were helping other customers. I tried to get the attention of quite a few clerks who seemed to be doing inventory. I was never greeted or acknowledged, so I left after about fifteen minutes. It was very disappointing. I really wanted to purchase two items from the boutique: a Lanvin bag and some gorgeous pearl and citrine earrings. Oh well!

Granted I wasn’t dressed to the ‘nines’ as I have a hair appointment where I need to dress comfortably and warm, but good grief, not a soul who worked there ever asked me if I needed help to search for a black tie dress and I wandered around for at least 20 minutes. Bought a beautiful dress there 20 years ago and don’t recall this kind of treatment. Goodbye Tootsies. You are officially out of my shopping rotation.

I came here for a fashion show and finance event and had a blast. I love my body oil purchase which smells amazing. The fashion show was good, I enjoyed the wine and also the small appetizers. The clothes were beautiful.

Terrific experience, I found a great outfit thanks to a stylist, Tina V, who helped me. I had never shopped in the store before and Tina helped me find a few pieces that fit my style, she also had helpful suggestions on how I could style the pieces with items I already own. She has also been helpful in letting me know about upcoming store events, this was a terrific shopping experience.

One of my favorite stores in Dallas! The staff feel like family and the stylists are some of the best in town. Their contemporary department as grown leaps and bounds over the last few years and it's my go-to place for everyday wear as well as for special events!
