Dylan was great. He even helped me figure out how to install a pull up bar on my wall the best way. The store is also beautiful, large with lots of amazing choices but not too jam-packed.

My experience buying a Cascade Air Bike with Dylon's assistance at Top Fitness was exceptional. He was with a customer but immediately called me back and then assembled a new competing air bike I was considering so I could compare the two. I came into the store to try both of them (he set them up side by side for easy comparison) and then shared a number of extremely helpful detailed insights based on past experience with the Cascade bike and also his assembly of both bikes. He definitely picked up considerations I would not have noticed in my comparison. Finally, he ordered the Cascade bike and it arrived a few weeks later exactly as promised. Separate from my purchase, it is clearly a great store with an abundance of quality equipment.

I wanted to buy my daughter an exercise bike for her birthday; she goes to the gym every day and uses the Precor Upright bike because it's so easily adjustable. I did some research online and found the Precor at Tot Fitness; there are 25 different Precor bikes; I called and talked to Dylon; I explained that I wanted to buy my daughter the exact bike she uses at her gym; Dylon suggested that she take a photo of the bike she uses; he gave me his personal cell phone number so she could send some photos directly to him. From the photos, Dillan knew exactly what Precor and what model! So this is the start of our journey! When you call Top Fitness, please ask for Dylon; he is the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with; he is smart, patient, always eager to help, always returns phone calls and texts promptly, offers new ideas or makes clarifications. I placed my order with Dylon; it was shipped directly to her home and set up for her in her spare room. My daughter is very happy which makes me even happier! This happy ending is due to Dylon, who was with me answering all my questions from start to finish; my daughter and I are very grateful, and I will recommend Dylon at Top Fitness to anyone looking for exercise equipment.
