I purchased a power supply board from Torres TV Parts. The board didn’t work so I paid to ship the board back and I never received a refund. They just stopped replying to my emails. I will never do business with them again.

It's great to find a part when no one else seems to have it. And even better when they package it with care. This part was replaced on my TV and worked and was perfect replacement. I called when I received a tracking number but was assured they would check on it and arrived in about 3 days. Saved me from buying new TV. Very Happy.
