My experience at this tyre shop was absolutely unacceptable. The staff showed shocking levels of unprofessionalism, speaking to customers with arrogance and outright abusive language. Instead of helping, they created hostility and made the entire visit stressful and unpleasant. No business should treat people this way. I strongly advise others to avoid this place if you expect even basic respect or proper customer service. Owner is so disgusting rather than accepting mistakes of the driver he is defending him and passing racist comments towards customers.

100% recommend these guys! Got a puncture in Liverpool around 9:30pm, whilst on my way to catch a ferry. They answered the phone immediately, asked for the tyre size, and I think I was on my way again by 10pm! Unreal service, and price. Thought I was going to get hit with a massive call-out fee, but the call-out and tyre price was extremely reasonable. I didn’t catch the lads name, but he was an absolute star!

Massively impressed with these guys. They responded, checked my tyre size was in stock, reached me roadside, fitted new 🛞 tyre and were off within ⏰ 50mins. I told everyone about them! I was hesitant at first because I was in new city and had no knowledge of their business but they exceeded expectations. Thankfully I don’t get punctures often but if I did these guys would be first people I’d call. And given I called at 5.30pm on Easter Saturday I expected a hefty bill 💰but no. Very reasonable price 😁. Great work guys! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After a 01.03 call from my driver to say she had picked up a bolt into a tyre whilst collecting passengers from Liverpool, we had to abandon the vehicle due to stuck wheel nuts. Next morning (Bank Holiday) I called Total Tyres 24/7 Ltd and they were there within the hour to put a new tyre on. Great service with a smile and no gimmicks. Genuine, professional & experienced fitters with the full roadside assistance. 100% would recommend giving them a call.
