No stars is not an option! stay away from this store! Read below to know why: Incident: Saturday, November 29, at 1:30pm My son was publicly humiliated and demand to leave the premises because he had made an employee feel "uncomfortable". Best part, the alleged employee was not physically present at the store at the time, the manager of the store had given instructions to associates to demand my son leave the store based on the employee's information?! I visited the stored in person, ask to speak to the manager the same day of incident. I was told manger was not in the store that day! Spoke to an associate to get clarification, no luck, associated stated all she can do was to give the business card of the manager - SAM EVANS to contact and get explanation! My conclusion: my son was targeted solely. No solid evidence. BBB and 311 report has been lodge with APD report done. 12/3/25 Robbie, do you have solid prove - ie pictures of my son? Or is this a clear case of mistaken identity? I know my son and his whereabouts as we do not live in the city of Austin, it is a hour drive one way to get to Austin. It is no great lost to us if we are not welcome at your store. I am sharing and letting all know how you treat and falsely accuse without probable cause. It is all base on your word, which is at this point wrongly, deliberate targeted.

Was looking for something as a present for my husband who is a collector and i'm glad I found something for him at this store! They have a decent amount of items and if you need to check if they had something in particular, just ask and staff are happy to quickly check on their systems to see if they can assist. I was browsing for a long time cuz I couldn't decide and staff just gave me space to browse and decide without making me uncomfortable. Definitely recommend the place if you're looking for something unique and special. They didn't accept my cash but accepted someone else's I think more because they didn't have enough cash for my exchange but clearly lied with "oh, I don't have any bills here" (there was a change of staff at the counter so they didn't realise I saw them accepting another customers cash) so I'd probably just advice that you assume they're card transactions only.

This store was so cool! There’s something in here for everyone of all ages, and even if you don’t find something it’s fun to just look around.

What a cool toy store! They have a wide offer of toys for all ages. Adults will find a lot of unique surprises and the kids will love it as well. Spend time checking out all that they have. I saw they also have a small store in the airport.

I had an absolutely lovely visit today! The store is very charming, fits a surprising amount of things for it's amount of space while still being organised, and has prices that are surprisingly affordable for a toy store. The cashier was super nice, too, I liked the atmosphere a lot. I bought a stuffed animal armadillo and some little animal good luck charms and have 0 buyers remorse.
