Purchased my first road bike from the fellas over at Midtown Trek this past weekend (shoutout to the Sunday crew) and could not have asked for a better experience. They spent legitimately hours with me helping me find the right bike and were extremely helpful answering any and all of my questions (just getting into cycling). Highly recommend this store to anyone ! Thanks yall!

The guys at Trek Sacramento took amazing care of my bike! I traveled from NY and they reassembled my bike out of the travel bike box, and meticulously serviced my bike to make sure it is race-ready for Ironman. I was very nervous about potential mechanical failures on the race course and they all took extra care to go over everything with a fine-tooth comb to make sure all was in order. It was such a pleasure to deal with them and they all gave me tremendous confidence in the way they serviced my bike. I'd recommend this store, and the guys who work in the service department, to anyone who is traveling with a bike or needs general bike maintenance.Thank you!!!

Incredible staff, both front and back (sales & service). Recently bought a used bike on EBay. Brought it in to this store and received a warm welcome. Purchased a few items & accessories (at fair pricing) and service put them on my bicycle free of charge. I highly recommend this store for any of your bicycle needs and I will call Trek Midtown my new bicycle home. Thanks to all the staff for the awesome customer service.

The service and sales staff are awesome! This is why I will keep coming back. The services provided were excellent! New 3.5 mm bar tape wrap and rear mechanical disc brake adjustment and repair on the rotor. Took my bike out today and I could not be more satisfied.
