I had a confirmed appt July 9 12-2pm for EV charger installation. There were crickets until I called them at 1:55pm. Customer service said someone would call us back, and said the technician was finishing a job. Crickets. I called back at 2:45pm, and there was an internal memo that the installation was cancelled at 2:07pm, but no one emailed or called us to update us. Really horrible first impression of this company.

I hired Willow Glen Electric to install an EV charger in my garage. Will responded quickly with the quote and discussed the details with me by phone. Cheryl did the scheduling and was a terrific help when the city dragged its feet on the permit. Sonny and Uriel did the installation quickly and professionally, explaining everything to me and cleaning up when finished. This company is not the cheapest around, but they are fast, responsive, easy to work with, and did a great job for me. I would definitely choose them again.
