Tim Edgar was honest and professional - crew knew what they were doing and the job was done right. I didn't need a Guantanamo Bay level gates. Heck, I didn't even want a new fence. They replace what I needed and were able to save what I could. One gate had one bad post and one good post. So, they kept the good side (see photos) - somewhat pricy, but less than most and good quality does cost a little bit of money, dang it.

Reached out in a bind as our fence & gate were falling apart and we were worried our dogs could get out. They were very responsive, professional and able to come out quickly to rebuild the fence and gate. The quality was fantastic and probably the smoothest opening/closing gate latch I’ve ever used. It was a great experience and reasonably priced.

I am a property manager. Vendors can either make our lives easier or more difficult. Tim and his team at True Built are absolutely the former. They did an amazing job of building, installing, and staining these fences for dumpsters in an office park in West Lake Hills. Tim is very communicative and was able to schedule the installation of iron safety fences for a culvert within short notice. His prices are fair. Highly recommend!
