My family and I had some pretty serious issues arise and ultimately had to obtain a restraining order. To get it served, we had no idea where to start and decided to hire a private investigator to find them, Trusted Eye website also indicated process server on their site so i looked into them. They had good reviews which indicated great communication, reasonable rates and amazing service in dealing with these sensitive situations. I contacted them and it always goes to voicemail. I decided to reach out by email to be able to give some explanation and John got back to me fairly quickly. His response was thorough in what i should expect, cost and time frame. He never tried to push or upsell which i appreciated. We ended up following up with a call and I hired him. Gave him all the information I could and waited. Within 24 hours one of the subjects was found and served!! I decided to hold off on the 2nd person since they were not yet needed, and I did have a budget to stay within. John was very responsive and detailed no matter how many questions I asked whether by phone, text or email. He was extremely professional and made sure any commitment he made was within his ability to provide. Overall I am very happy with the service rendered and will be contacting him again if I am in need of additional services he offers. When consumers are in need of a professional service, how do they find the "right one"? Some roll the dice, some do extensive research, some rely on reviews and some just are blessed. I consider myself the ladder. When no one else could help, and there was less light at the end of the tunnel, along came and his team. To say they exceeded my hopes (I had no expectations) would be an understatement. They not only accomplished what others couldn't, they did it professionally, timely, with the utmost respect courtesy and understanding and communicated EVERY step of the way. The service he provides is more than fairly priced. What took others months to unsuccessfully do John and his team accomplished successfully in less than a week. I was originally told by others; when someone doesn't want to be found they cant be found. Well that's not true, John found him. Now we can move forward with the next steps. My sister asked me to please post a Google review on her behalf. She was taken advantage of quite badly when her husband was in a motorcycle accident left for dead. The doctors told her to choose which room he would take his last breath in. Prior to his accident he was a motorcycle builder and at times outsourced services he didn’t provide. He had paid in full for help painting a bike he was working on. The painter chose to not hold up his end of the agreement kept their money and didn’t return the parts that were to be painted. My sister after a year finally found an attorney to help her but they were unable to serve the painter. He was a ghost in hiding. The lawyers office made multiple attempts over a month but was unsuccessful. After some research my sister reached out to private investigators where only one was willing to help. John with Trusted Eye came to the rescue. Now the case can move forward. John was professional compassionate understandable efficient and affordable. His entire process from beginning to end has been nothing but amazing.
