*Updating after using their services for more than a year over multiple trips* I continue to HIGHLY RECOMMEND Trusty Tails Pet Care!! Reading our pet journals daily while we are away has become something we look forward to while traveling to stay connected to our kitties!! Dave especially provides great services and we know our cats love him as well. I recently used trusty tails for cat sitting services for an extended vacation. I was very satisfied with the communication, service, and overall care for my pets. It was so comforting to wake up to the visit updates when overseas and know my kitties were safe at home! I’d recommend them to anyone seeking professional pet sitting services.

Trusty Tails takes away the anxiety of leaving a pet at home! Everyone we have interacted with has been professional and courteous. We have appreciated the opportunity to meet our petsitter ahead of time and introduce him/her to our pet. The journal entries with details and pictures that we get after each visit are so thorough and fun to read. The staff is also very responsive via email or phone if we’ve had questions. We highly recommend Trusty Tails!

If you are looking for a reliable dog walking company with great and trustworthy people, then Trusty Tails is the place to go! Our daily walker, Lizzie, has been great and takes such good care of our girl. One day our dog had an upset stomach and I saw from our cameras that she had to go out asap. I gave Trusty Tails a call and Dana was able to quickly help out and take such good care of Maya, she was amazing!! She was so sweet and took the time to follow up with me to make sure I knew Maya was okay. I am so happy with Trusty Tails and would 100% recommend them!

Excellent service! I use Trusty Tails on an adhoc basis for my foster dogs. There are many options to choose from based on your dogs needs, and it's super easy book and manage through the portal. The walker Emilio was very kind and caring, and uploaded the visit reports and photos very quickly.
