Luke and his team are seriously the best. I came to them after another mechanic completely scammed me and made my car even worse. I felt stressed and taken advantage of. But the moment Luke looked at my car, he knew exactly what was wrong. No guessing, no games — just honesty. He gave me a fair price, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. For the first time in this whole situation, I felt like I was in honest hands. I felt respected and actually taken care of. They even stayed later so I could get my car done the same day, which meant a lot to me. Luke truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed the right way. It’s hard to find mechanics you can trust, but I definitely trust Luke and his team. Luke is an outstanding straightfoward and patient person. Really helped me out replacing my damaged tire at a great price. And went through the hassle dealing with my warranty company about replacing a sensor. I do advise talking to him about warranties upfront.
