Twice I have used this service and twice it has been exceptional! Ghofor is at the front desk and he is kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. My visits here have been extremely helpful. My phone is a Samsung. I am not techy, but he has helped take the angst out of not understanding some of the features. And it's so simple. He is more of an Apple phone user, but absolutely no problem when it comes to Samsung. Thank you, Ghofor....

I came in for a screen repair on my iPhone. Store representative Ghafor was very helpful. He walked me through step by step to turn off find my iPhone in order to proceed with my repair. I was told 2-3 hrs estimated time for my repair and it was completed in half the time. Excellent experience. I highly recommend them.
