Shemar was wonderful! Honest saved me a ton of money on a repair I didn’t need! Instead of taking advantage of my ignorance on what I thought was a malfunctioning home button he had me do a hard restart and it fixed it!

I have never NOT had a problem in this location and it's literally ATTACHED to the corporate headquarters. Condescending techs who are woefully undertrained on how customer service works. They need someone more customer service minded to actually speak to the people who are needing help. Take statements way too literally and are always looking to pull out a "no" answer or to tell you what they can't do. I have a broken pixel on a brand new phone. Tech cleaned it held it up to the light in about 7 directions and then pointed to the tiniest scratch imaginable. So small the verizon sales guy and I didn't see it and was my fault it had a broken pixel. Told me I must have closed a rock in it. Not sure where I would find a rock while I was on my couch. I know my phone is susceptible to scratches but have owned these phones for 10 plus years and never had this problem. A simple Google search is showing some issues with this new phone. Told me honoring my warranty would cause all of asurion to lose thier samsung contract... I kind of hope they do. Had another issue with a earbud while there and was never given proper service. The guy who runs supposedly the manager is rude and condescending.
