UBreakiFix was recommended by Google for repairs. I needed a new battery and screen replacement and took my phone to the North Austin location. Kelby, Jimmy, and Myra were great. Being without your phone can be stressful so the repair being done quickly and on schedule made my life easier. I would highly recommend UBreakiFix and this specific team!

Some of the keys on my MacBook were sticky because a few drops of liquid got into the keyboard. I called Apple and even though the keyboard and top case are only about $300 or so, Apple told me that if there was any sign that there was any liquid they were going to charge me $1100, which is ridiculous. I understand that they are trying to make sure that their warranty is good, but I know that all I need is the keyboard. So I called uBreakiFix, and it was easy. They can do it much faster, and much cheaper, and if you sign up for their Insurance, which is $29 a month then it’s really cheap. The people there are good and very helpful. I would probably take everything I have to them from now on instead of going to Apple unless it is still covered under Apple‘s warranty.
