guy working 4/1/26 with the long hair on sides genuinely lied to my face and over the phone. i asked for a thermal paste swap, deep clean, and possibly a new chip fan. I get a voicemail that everything’s good and ready to be picked up. i get there and he tries charging me 80 bucks. i notice the dust as soon as i look at it like it was never even touched since i dropped it off. i look inside the vent and see dust on the fan. i asked him if it was ever even opened. “he said yes im the one who worked on it” i said ok so you replaced the thermal paste. he said ohhhh yeah i couldn’t get the heat sink off did you get my voicemail? the voicemail said it was ready to be picked up. that’s it. i assume all went well…. also, HELLO??? WDYM YOU COULDNT GET THE HEAT SINK OFF?? i’m 99.999% sure that i dropped it off and it wasn’t touched till i came to pick it up. he lied to my face and tried to charge me 80 bucks. Do not come here. scam artists. also have the nerve to press me about switching to their phone protection plan and won’t let you say no without a fight. never again
