Can’t recommend because of quality and service. I had an appointment for 3pm and they didn’t start until 35 min later. I asked if she put the top coat on my shellac nails because I didn’t see her do it and she said yes. They started chipping day 1 this photo is day 3. I paid for a higher quality pedicure in which it stated you get a 14 minute massage. She rubbed lotion on my legs for 5 minutes ( I timed it because stuff was already feeling off). The callus treatment was bizarre as if she didn’t have strength with the cheese grater to effectively scrub the callus. They asked about my experience and I informed them that I wasn’t satisfied with my service (which I really hate to do) so they proceeded to give me 20% off (I was already given 15% as a new customer). They were very kind but extremely unorganized so I wasn’t going to write a review but then my nails started chipping immediately and I wasted my money because I’ll have to go get this redone somewhere else.

I went here for the first time and initially had a great experience. My nails looked amazing when I left—shape, design, everything was on point. I was really impressed. Unfortunately, within just a few days (I got them done Tuesday), three nails were already cracked by Saturday, which is not what I expect from a fresh set. I drove an hour and a half back to have them fixed, and that experience was completely different. The technician who helped me seemed very annoyed. While he did soak off the nails that were fully cracked, the others were only filed down and layered over rather than properly repaired. I also asked for a slight reshape to clean them up, but when I got home after another hour and a half drive, my nails looked uneven, poorly finished, and had already started cracking again. At this point, I have to go somewhere else and pay for a completely new set, which is frustrating after already spending $36 on the nails. I also paid $20 for a toe polish change that didn’t meet expectations either. I really wanted to love this place because the initial result was great, but the durability and the way the repair was handled were disappointing. I would appreciate a refund for the nail service first picture is Tues last 3 are what I have now after yesterday.
