I have been training at Underground Fitness with Ron for a few months and I am blown away by his knowledge, expertise, and attention! At Underground Fitness each client receives their own personalized plan tailored to them and their goals. Ron and his team understand each individual is unique which calls for an equally unique fitness plan. During my sessions Ron pays the utmost attention making sure my form is correct and makes any modifications if I need- as someone with past surgeries this is huge! Ron and his team are some of the best in the game!
