Mousa was very friendly and easy to talk to. I thought my laptop was broken as it wasn't charging, so I brought it to UniTech for a free diagnostic. Mousa must have the magic touch though because it started charging as soon as he plugged it in, no issues. I will definitely be returning for any future fixes that I may need

Hi had a great experience! The owner explained his plan for fixing my laptop (it was broken at the hinges) and I knew I was going to be in good hands. He had it fixed and ready when he said he would and it was a breeze dropping it off and picking it back up. I plan to return for any future computer related needs.
