Terrible experience! 1) The translator uses an obsolete transliteration rules (from 80-90s). I was shocked seeing how my last name was translated. 2) I requested to translate a very simple part of Green Card form from Russian to English. I ordered translation from Russian to English, it was in my request. And I got translation of the USCIS form from English to Russian. They requested me to pay $7.5 more if I need changes in this form. As a former translator, could state this is absolutely ridiculous and I doubt their translators have any degree.

They do reply quickly and provide some translation. But the quality is not too high. For some reason, they correct old spelling mistakes and make new ones. They could not have the correct spelling in just 4 words, which I pointed out at the same time, so I had to check it again and again 5 times. They also don't provide reimbursement in case you don't accept the low-quality translation.
