I stumbled upon this place because I went to an oil change place for a third time only to be met once again with a sign that no inspection was available. I literally turned my car around and found this place. Jesiah was exceptional. He was very nice and accommodating. I'll always return here when it's time to renew my registration!

I went in for a routine car inspection a few years ago and had a pretty concerning experience. While my car was being handled by an employee, they backed into another vehicle (a Jeep), which caused damage to my car, including a broken brake light. What made it more surprising is that my car has sensors, and I could clearly hear the warning beeps from outside (I remember sitting in those red lawn chairs), so it felt like a lack of attention on their part. To their credit, the employee apologized immediately and passed my inspection. I was told the owners would follow up regarding the damages. One of the male owners gave me two options: take a set amount of money to repair it myself or let them choose the body shop and cover everything. I chose to have them handle the repairs. The repair shop they selected was quite far (near the Lakeway area), and while speaking with staff there, I was told they frequently receive damaged cars from this same business, which raised some concerns for me. A few days into the repair process, I received a call from a female owner who was very rude and unprofessional. She initially tried to deny full responsibility, claiming there was pre-existing damage and mentioning their cameras. I encouraged her to review the footage, which would clearly show what happened. Eventually, they did take responsibility and paid for all the damages, which I do appreciate. Overall, while the situation was eventually resolved, the experience—especially the handling and communication from management—was frustrating. I would recommend others be cautious and attentive when bringing their vehicle here.
