The highest compliment I could give Upper Paw is to say that since our dog Watson began going to playcare there twice a week, *she is a better dog.* I'm not saying that Watson wasn't awesome before—she's amazing—but it like this place has some magic pixie dust or something that they sprinkle on the dogs to make them happier to be dogs, if that makes sense. Watson was a little nervous at first (she's still a puppy), but by the second week, she was pulling on the leash to get in the door! The staff is, to a person, great—special shout-out to Terrent, who chased me down the street to give me a squeaky toy we'd left behind one day. Everyone on staff shows genuine care for the animals and interacting with Terrent, Johnny, and the rest of the crew is just kind of a pleasure, frankly. I wish I could give Upper Paw 15 stars. I have a 17 year old Yorkie named Lulu who is blind and has dementia and I travel quite a bit for work. I was so nervous to find a place to board her given her age, but the team at Upper Paw is so incredible with her. Val is unbelievable and goes above and beyond. She is seriously my dog's best friend and cares for her like her own. I have endless stories, but Val has taken her for walks on the lake, to the grocery store, given her lavender oil bubble baths, and always has a specific way she sets up her suite (with lights and all!) to make sure she can see a bit better and not bump into things as much. She even gave up her free employee daycare day to Lulu, so she could go to daycare and have pictures taken with Santa! Those are the kind of people they are, they truly care. They are also incredibly thorough with medications, very communicative with pictures and updates, and truly the nicest staff of people that have quickly become friends. Having a senior dog is not easy and when I drop Lulu off at Upper Paw, I don't ever have to think twice because I know she is in the best hands. I can't recommend Upper Paw enough if you are in need of daycare or boarding. They are the absolute best and Lulu and I are so grateful for them!!!

Can't say enough glowing things about Upper Paw and the fantastic care my little guy Roscoe receives there! They love him and are so good to him. He LOVES going there; runs TO the door and can't wait to see his pals both human and canine. It's a huge comfort to know he's happy, well taken care of, and veterinarian care is just steps away. The staff is amazing and caring and accommodating. Extra shout-out to Tarrent, who Roscoe adores and who has been so very helpful. Recommend Upper Paw, four paws up. :)

Upper Paw has been an amazing place for Ranger to stay when I travel. The people take great care and consideration and Ranger always comes home rested and happy. They will also do an excellent exit bath at the end of boarding so your pup is clean after their stay. Highly recommend Upper Paw
