Absolutely the best bike shop in the bay in my opinion. They give you all the information you can possibly ask for and its clear everyone working here has a passion for what they do. Even if I move out of the bay I would still come here to have my bike repaired because I KNOW they will be honest, fair and generous.

Extremely helpful and kind, tall blonde gal knows her stuff and was extremely generous and literally gave me (a used) part I was looking for at no charge. How did she know I was in a pinch??! Seriously made my day!!

I brought my bike in the morning around 7am to get my bike tire fixed, I then proceed to give my number down. I return later in the day around 12 in the afternoon and my bike has not been worked on due to them finding an additional problem, to add onto that my number was not written down correctly hence why they did not work on my bike. The worker proceeds to say I will receive a text after correctly getting my number down after the second interaction. An hour passes and I receive no text, a second hour passes and I proceed to return to the ship and both workers are sitting with my bike unfinished. One worker then sees me gives me an excuse then proceeds to work on my bike. The additional charge was not an issue but the lack of customer service and care was not attentive as I would have assumed.
