My kids really enjoy this place. It offers decent food at a price point that's better than many other options. Membership can be worthwhile if you plan to go multiple times a month. The weekdays are generally quieter, while weekends tend to be busier.

Urban Air Adventure Park is definitely a fun place for kids and they truly seem to enjoy themselves. The slides, rides, and attractions are exciting and create a memorable experience for children. It is clear that Urban Air is designed with entertainment in mind and for that purpose it delivers well.

My children and I were elated to attend the grand opening for this location. We had a blast and we won the raffle and were blessed with a birthday party. However, the process to book the birthday party was difficult. I spoke with the manager Erin who was nice about assisting me to complete the process. But Liz was very rude and off putting for no legitimate reason. There is a lot that the kids enjoy such a slides, obstacle courses, basketball, rock climbing, trampolines, arcade, lazer tag, etc. But bad customer care certainly diminishes the experience. People never forget how you treat them and how you made them feel. A little kindness won’t kill ya 🙃

Great place... seems to include more stuff at a better price than climb zone or altitude. They've got a really good zip line situation and the laser tag is actually a blast. Decent seating and wifi for when you need to work remotely because school is closed.

This location on Fullerton Ave has to be the best place to go! Staff was super friendly and attentive. The interior was super clean and organized. I highly recommend coming to this location! Whoever is the manager in this location YOU ROCK!!!
