We've taken our daughter (4-7) here many, many times and have had an enjoyable experience every time. Last year, we engaged Urban Air to host our daughter's birthday party, and everything went off without a hitch. The staff was attentive, efficient, and competent. I'm so flad we chose Urban Air as the location for the party! We've also attended a few other parties here, and I've heard no complaints at all. We have had no negative encounters with staff, or any egregious issues with other guests. The facilities are well-maintained, and this is a great place to bring young children to ensure they're exercised and entertained to the max.

We had a soccer ⚽️ team's Christmas party 🥳 here and it was the best choice! The kids had a blast and could bring their siblings too. Our host was AMAZING 👏🏾. If you ever need a host, ask for Kaleigh. Her attention to detail kept us on schedule and her smile was always welcoming. Excellent customer service keeps people coming back....great job Urban Air 👍🏽

Honestly wish I could give zero stars. To start, the staff member who rang us up was rude and rough with our jumpers while putting on their wristbands. She definitely seemed like she’d rather be anywhere but here. Then, for the ridiculous price we paid (6 ultimate passes), most of the attractions were closed! No rock wall, sky rider, ball pit, and more. They ended up jumping on the way overcrowded Freestyle jump area. They were bored so fast we left within 20 minutes. Don’t waste your time or money!

First time coming here and they have a variety of obstacles and a cool AR area. The only issue I have is the play area for kids under 7 and under 52inches tall. Multiple times I have seen older kids up to high school age running through this obstacle course intended for small children and accidentally running through 3 years old with my son being one of them. There is no staff member stationed here - only by the kids obstacle course but they don’t monitor the kids area. Please enforce the rules involving small children. Other than this - food was decently priced and delicious.

09AUG25: My son's friend had a birthday party here. We're from the west side of San Antonio and have a trampoline park close to us that we've been a few times. So, this should be an interesting comparison. This place is about the same size. This place has enclosed, private rooms for parties/events. Probably due to the time of day; but this place had a lot of people everywhere. One thing this has that the other place does not: adult beverages. Yes, this place has beer. Instant 5 stars. (^_^) My son and his friends had a great time. Thank you.
