Nobody home. Says open. Not. Two weeks running. Not considerate enough to show up. You earned this.

This is the least professional business I have ever encountered. A few Saturday's ago, I was told somebody was in the building, but we tried to open the door at 12 and then again at 1. Nobody was there. Today, we were out front, again at 12, saw somebody inside who completely ignored us. I texted the owner that I was going to post this and he responded with a "thumbs up" emoji. Thanks for inspiring my first ever google review

I was able to make an appointment by calling and the owner was able to accommodate my schedule. I found a ton of hardware for my home and the owner was very knowledgeable on the specific pattern, manufacturer and time period. The store has a ton of other stained glass and salvaged pieces for notable Chicago landmarks that have been lost to "development"

This is a great shop with some interesting and unique items - I really enjoyed browsing. Unfortunately, it was the opposite when I tried to purchase items. After a series of follow-up visits (2) and calls (4 messages) to buy and pick-up the items I negotiated a purchase price for, I gave up. It is very curious business model.

This place is awesome! It’s really cool to browse around and see what you can find and a must visit if you are looking for one of a kind items for your house. Got these incredible tiles that we had set into our fireplace hearth. Check it out, you won’t regret it!
