First time visitor! Technician, Rae was so welcoming and such a pro! Receptionist, Taylor put me at ease at this beautifil facility the minute I walked in the door at Urban Wax Waxing Salon in central Phoenix.

I went back as my first experience was great ...even tho it's only 2 weeks and chin hairs are popping up already. A new customer gets free lip or eyebrow wax but my first appointment was for my whole face. At any rate I went back today to get eyebrows and a tint. I was expecting my eyebrows to be free but not the tint. They said, No, sorry. This wasn't your first visit. Well guess what ? It is definitely my last. You wouldn't honor my first eyebrow wax because I wasnt ready when my face was done. I will never go back. What poor customer service. Over $15 you lost a life long customer.

Best Brazilian ever! Rea is very professional and makes you feel comfortable, very detailed on what she does! I recommend this place to everyone, feeling skeptical about a Brazilian wax! Let me tell you nothing to worry about, pain is very minimal and gone in an instant! I don’t know why I never did it until now! Shaving and creams that irritate never again! It’s very worth it!
