We absolutely loved working with Jessica and her team on our home remodel! Beyond creating gorgeous spaces, they designed our home to serve our lifestyle. Jessica was very intentional about asking how we use our spaces, from cooking habits to if we walk barefoot on our deck. We used this company in 2019 to remodel our home and we have had continuous issues after the remodel was completed. Our master shower had to be demolished and tiled again because the waterproofing was not done correctly. Water started leaking from the second floor in to the playroom downstairs. We have also had ongoing issues with the second bathroom. Water started leaking through the ceiling in to our dining room downstairs and ruined the artwork on the wall. We initially thought it was plumbing issues but after many professional opinions we were told that again the bath tub was not sealed correctly. Furthermore, do not sign a contract where you agree to pay the contractors directly because Urbane Design will then tell you that it is not their responsibility even though they were overseeing the whole design and reconstruction! I do not recommend using this company for any remodeling projects!!!!! REPLY to owner: Jessica, actually the contractors we decided to use was only after YOUR contractors did not waterproof our shower correctly. Now our second shower/bath that YOUR contractors did is giving us trouble!!! Just want to make sure all the underlying facts are clear.
