We hired USA tax services in 2022 we entrusted them to make sure all of our income taxes were taken care of as they are the professionals. We have a simple return, but still choose to have someone do them for us just to cover our bases. Fast forward to 2025, and we receive a bill for over 800 dollars of unpaid local taxes. After speaking to them once or twice, we noticed they were not picking up our calls. We had to call them from a blocked number to get them to pick up. they told us they could only reimburse us the twenty five dollars since they didn't file the taxes. I'm guessing they have no guarantee on there work. Other places I have use are willing to pay if they make a mistake. I think seeing that we paid no local taxes at all and not filing them for us or figuring it out is a huge mistake on their part. Now we are out close to 1,000 and they arnt willing to help.
