I’m only giving one star because I have to give a star! I called before I drove 30 mins to the location and spoke with the owner who said he have real Labubu’s. We paid $35 for each of them. It had the Pop Mart logo and QR code to the website but they’re clearly fake. This store is just ripping people off.

Hi, all. I am writing to inform that the name of this store is completely ironic. I have lived in many countries so I know what to expect, but in the US we have very high expectations when it comes to customer service. This seems kind of like the costumer service I experienced in Asia where you have to pay for food you didn't order. Luckily, we live in a country of justice - where if you receive a defective product, you can actually return the item. This is comparable to the organized crime that is predatory towing except in this case it is not made fully aware of the policy. I will receive justice!

First time I’ve been to this store, and I must say, the set up is awesome! They are super organized and stocked with high quality and educational toys. Prices are fair as well. I had the opportunity to get to talk to the owner also. Come here and you won’t regret it.
