EDIT: In response to their reply to this review. I had responded to their email on 2/11 and followed up after no response on 2/13. I then sent another follow up email giving them the benefit of the doubt on 2/18. So their response that they have not heard back from me is not from lack of effort... I went in person to cancel my membership and was told by front desk staff that both my membership and my spouse’s membership were taken care of on the same form. Based on that guidance, I submitted the required form and confirmed with the front desk staff that it was proper. I was later charged an additional month's fee because my spouse’s name was not specifically listed on the form, which was never communicated to me at the time. I reached out multiple times to resolve this including escalating to management, but they declined to refund the charge and have since stopped responding. The listed email for the Director resulted in a bounce-back message, and I was unable to contact them directly. The amount is small, but the lack of accountability and communication was disappointing. If you cancel, make sure you double-confirm every detail in writing.
