If I could leave 0 stars I would. My husband took our car here before a trip to have the transmission fluid changed. One of their employees screamed "damn I effed up" and then the manager said one of the screws was stripped and he could come pick up the new part in a week and a half. In the mean time the transmission fluid leaked out because of the problem they created, they never told him we couldn't drive it. Now the transmission won't go into drive. He wasted money for a tow to get it brought back to the location as instructed by their claims department.He was re-directed to someone named Paul who did nothing but defend his employees and say there was no wrong doing. So know we have to pay to get our transmission fixed and for another tow. Once we came back to get it towed and get the key, they had purposefully parked it out under a tree with tons of pollen and bird poop. There were plenty of other spaces out in the open that wouldn't have caused the car to look like a complete disaster upon pick up. We have never experienced worst customer service, car service and over all human decency in our lives. So if you want honest work done by people who care about the customer and the vehicles then the is NOT the place to come. We will be telling as many people possible about our HORRIBLE experience with Valvoline as a whole.
