This review is so overdue. I’ve been coming here for oil changes and a few other services here and there for almost 3 years. The staff is so knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. They all seem to genuinely enjoy working together and always offer helpful suggestions and reminders. I always feel like I’m in good hands when I come here. Highly recommend!

We are newcomers to Austin and have relied on Valvoline for oil changes over the years back home, but this Valvoline team is the best we’ve worked with. I had a turn signal bulb that needed replaced and when they did the light test, they offered to install it for me-no charge. Most of our interactions have been with Gavin, the assistant manager at this location. More recently, he’s given us helpful information and answered questions in a genuine and professional way. The team is concise and kind and we have never had any issues. Great to know there is a reliable shop for our car maintenance!

Great explanation of actions taken. Pleasantly surprised by the no hassle warranted replacement of the battery purchased from Valvoline a few years ago. The technician fully explained recommended services and how to prioritize if unable to resolve all things at once. I'll continue to have routine services completed by this location.

Aubreigh was very knowledgable and helpful while I visited to get an oil change. She, and Valvoline, were actually recommended to me by my roommate, and they did not disappoint! It was quick, efficient, and Aubreigh was kind and let me know of other issues with the car and when I might need to have those looked at. I also got a great price for the oil change and even got a discount with the coupons on the website! It was all around a great deal. I will definitely be visiting Valvoline (and Aubreigh!) again.

First off I would have given 5 stars but the wait was a bit long. But as far as the service that was provided, it was great. They did exactly what I asked for. Nothing more, nothing less. There was no pushy sales pitch for extra services. I was informed of the services provided and ASKED (not aggressively suggested) if I was interested in any of them. Which, because of that approach I mentioned that I was interested in a particular service. Unfortunately, it was not available at the moment due to equipment not working. Which was no fault of Jaime. I have an older vehicle and my hood latch can be a little bit of an issue. They listened to my instructions on how to close it and there weren’t any issues. Overall I’ll definitely be back. I appreciate being listened to and treated like a guest not a potential up sale number. Hopefully Jaime is working on my next visit.
