Tech was knowledgable on what my vehicle needed and was very plesant and confident, customer service was great throught the shop, several techs assisted with all the cars and seemed to be a smooth operation where people knew their role. I dont live in San diego but there are places here and I will try them due to the service I received in San Diego

This visit was a great example of excellent customer service. As soon as I arrived, a staff member made friendly eye contact, guided me where to wait, and soon came back out to welcome me and let me know the expected wait time. Once in the bay, each staff member I interacted with was courteous, clear, and helpful. They explained my options without any hard sell and kept me informed throughout the process. When the service was done, the first person who greeted me introduced himself as the manager and made sure everything met my expectations. The whole experience was efficient, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I left feeling very well taken care of and wanted to share this review to encourage others to support this location.

I had a quick oil change yesterday from Cameron an Jordan. They were very professional and kind. Cameron made an extra effort to make sure I was taken care of because another car had jumped my turn in line. These guys made sure to keep the lines going and explained everything to me about my car very well!

I received outstanding service from this location. In particular, the supervisor Nataly demonstrated exceptional leadership and management of her team. Despite the busy time, Nataly took care of me almost immediately and organized her team to work on my car instantly. The service provided by her team was performed with professionalism and courtesy. Nataly was attentive to every detail and was excellent at communicating about the status of the needed services for the future with clear explanations, which made me wanting to come back to Valvoline for additional services.
