Beautiful venue. Absolutely amazing performances from supposedly amateur players.. just don't tell them that.. sich talent, gives you shivers. Also really great display highlighting Mr. Van Cliburn's achievements.

What a gorgeous Performance Hall! We were fortunate enough to attend the "Van Cliburn International Piano Competition" last Saturday...front row seats even! The accoustics in this building are incredible, so much so, that sitting in the front row adds so much pressure on you, as you can hear the performer onstage breathing! Bring your best behavior and grab one of those throat lozenges at the entry doors for sure! The Hall is not very large, quaint actually...and there is not a bad seat in the place! The Cliburn Store in the lobby has a nice assortment of theamed products for purchase, and there's a small table for refreshments to buy as well. Plenty of easy and very close parking just outside the Hall, and they also offer valet parking if you choose. What a gorgeous Hall...on this beautiful TCU Campus!
