I did join this gym due that I need to continue to exercise after surgery, I did complete 4 months of Physical therapy I join a class of silver sneakers, twice a week, the instructor is Patti. She is kind and sweet 😋

Don’t waste your time. The management and staff don’t care about the customers at all.for months now there has been a man going in there in completely inappropriate attire, wearing shorts so short you can’t even tell he is wearing shorts and one time they were so short he inadvertently exposed himself. On top of that I know of at least 15 people, probably closer to 20 that have complained about him and they have done nothing. Just not worth your time or headache when there are other gym options right within the same neighborhood

VASA Fitness has been my gym for the past couple of years, and honestly, you just can’t beat it for the price. The value is insane for what you get. They’ve recently added some really awesome new machines, and at this point, it truly has everything I could ever need to stay jacked. Whether you’re lifting heavy, getting a pump, or mixing in some cardio, it’s all there. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference when you’re showing up consistently. No need to waste money at the big-name clubs—VASA delivers everything you need and more without breaking the bank. Highly recommend. 💪

Great gym. Staff is the friendliest ever, especially Zane, Alyssa, Izzy, Nick and Kenzie. They are very welcoming to everyone whom enters. They also acknowledge people when they are leaving the facility. The gym is very nice, clean, organized, equipment is well laid-out in facility, lots of machines, free weights, classes for all types of fitness needs, basketball court, long lap pool, hot-tub, sauna, steam room, it's a full on workout facility. I joined and would highly recommend to everyone.

Staff are generally friendly and often helpful, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience does not match that standard. Many amenities are unreliable. The massage chairs are frequently out of order, and the sauna, pool, and steam room often have signs posted as unavailable. The gym floor is worn and clearly needs repair or replacement, which is surprising for a newer facility. It was also frustrating that a large section of the gym was taken away for an extended period to store equipment during construction of a new “boutique” fitness area. When I asked about upgrading to access these classes, I was told I would be charged more than a brand new member. That does not make sense. Loyal members who have stayed despite these issues should be valued, not charged more. Overall, the facility maintenance, amenity reliability, and pricing approach need improvement.

The sauna has been down for over a 2 months with no expected ETA. I hope corporate sees this comment and is able to help. I dont want to be driving 20 mins to a decent location to use the amenities I pay for at another location. Please get your act together and help your members.
