Booked a cleaning service for my apartment and they did a solid job. Floors, kitchen, and bathroom all looked much better after. Nice coming home to a clean place.

Horrible company! I booked a cleaning several weeks in advance and received several text and email confirmations including the day prior to the clean. No one showed up and when I finally reached a “real person” at Vella (who also seemed like possibly AI) they said they were closed that day and weren’t sure why their website let me book. Their technology must be so bad that they didn’t even catch no one was assigned to my clean after multiple confirmation messages? They offered to come the next day but obviously I declined. They did not even offer a discount for the inconvenience until I told them I was leaving a bad review.

The ladies who come to the house to do the cleaning are always fantastic. But I also want to commend the ladies behind the scenes, especially Anabel C.!!! -- who are always so gracious to reschedule my appointment, if needed. And answer all my questions so quickly, as well. Always prompt, polite, and friendly service
