We are having to have our kitchen and utility room reconstructed after water damage and Vidal company was recommended to us by our insurance company. Logan, Vidal’s specialist, came to assess the scope and sequence of the rebuild, and was able to meet with us within our schedule. He was professional, personable, efficient, and able to spend time to explain the process and answer all of our questions. Logan’s expertise reassured us that the rebuilding of the damaged areas of our home will be quality craftsmanship. Also, the receptionist for Vidal, Sarah, was wonderful every time I spoke to her in getting the meeting with Logan arranged. I had to call multiple times to reschedule due to conflicts of time on our end. Each time I spoke with her she was just so pleasant and accommodating.
